Keep your mask away from direct sunlight, heat and damp. After wearing, wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let it dry naturally, never on a heater. A little leather conditioner every few months keeps the leather soft and supple. Store it on a head form or stuffed with tissue paper so it keeps its shape.

Our masks come in Small (53–55 cm), Medium (56–58 cm) and Large (59–62 cm) head circumference, and every mask has an adjustable harness so you can fine-tune the fit. Measure around your head just above your eyebrows; our Measurement Guide shows you how step by step. If you're between sizes or need something different, we can make your mask to your measurements.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Most orders arrive within 14–21 days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we'll email you as soon as your order is on its way. Custom orders take longer to make; we'll give you a timeline before we start.

You can pay with any of the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout.

Yes. We can make any of our designs in different colours or to your exact measurements, and we also create completely custom masks from your own idea, such as a different animal or style. Send us your request on our Custom Orders page and we'll reply with a price and timeline before anything is made.

We'll email you as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order at any time on our Track Your Order page, using your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return an unused mask within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can help. Custom and made-to-measure masks are made specifically for you, so they can only be returned if they arrive faulty, damaged or not as ordered.
